- vPlus can backup a wide range of open VM platforms: RHV/oVirt, Nutanix Acropolis (AHV), Citrix XenServer, KVM, PowerKVM, Proxmox, and Oracle VM, along with Amazon EC2.
- vPlus can send its backups to DPX vStor or it can also be installed standalone and back up to any file system connected to the Proxy VM
